UPS 12月5日送达包裹确定丢失通知（续）

12月5日送达未入库的包裹到现在已经有很长一段时间了，长时间的让用户等待我们深表歉意，同时也很感谢大家对我们的信任和理解。
据美国库房最新反馈，UPS已确认丢失我们共计580件货物（不包含前期公告中的198件货物），其中这五百多件货物中有396件UPS官网已更新丢失信息，在UPS官网输入快递单号跟踪快递包裹,然后点击Shipment Progress即可查询到包裹确认丢失的信息，UPS已经赔偿给商家，需要用户及时联系商家申请退款。
剩余的184件货物，快递确认丢失但官网仍未更新确认丢失信息，我们的库房负责人会继续协助用户跟进，近期内会给用户做出答复。
